I had just pulled into the parking lot at work this morning after my hour long commute when, ‘DING’, I receive a text message. Unplug my phone from my car stereo and this is what I see:
A text from a friend and co-worker. I thought he was joking. Turns out he wasn’t. My tiny little website that I just started up last month got mentioned on Peter V. Brett’s website. Yes, Peter V. Brett as in the New York Times bestselling author of the Demon Cycle series. This series has sold more than a million copies in 24 languages worldwide. I can’t put into words how good it feels that there are people out there(you guys… yeah you!) who are taking the time out of their days to check out my website and blog.
